ما الذي نجمعه
- عند تسجيل الدخول بجوجل: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني (وهل هو موثّق) وصورتك ومعرّف حسابك في جوجل. لا نستلم كلمة مرورك.
- إذا أضفته بنفسك: رقم جوالك. التسجيل لا يتطلب رقماً، وبدونه نتواصل معك بالبريد الإلكتروني.
- طلبات التواصل: ما تكتبه في النموذج (الاسم، الشركة، الموضوع، الرسالة، طريقة التواصل المفضلة).
- المساعد الذكي في الموقع: الرسائل التي تكتبها له، وما يفهمه منها عن عملك واحتياجك (مثل نشاط الشركة والاحتياج والتوقيت، ورقمك أو بريدك إن كتبتهما)، لكي يتابع معك فريقنا. المساعد برنامج ذكاء اصطناعي وليس شخصاً.
- الإدخال الصوتي: إن ضغطت زر الميكروفون في المساعد، يحوّل متصفحك صوتك إلى نص باستخدام خدمة التعرف على الكلام المدمجة فيه (مثل Google في Chrome)، ثم نستلم النص فقط ولا نحفظ أي تسجيل صوتي. قراءة الردود بصوت مسموع تتم على جهازك.
- مكالمة الفيديو مع المساعد (للمسجلين): لو بدأت مكالمة فيديو، صوتك بيتنقل لخدمة LiveAvatar من HeyGen عشان يتحول لنص ويرد عليك المساعد بصوت وصورة أفاتار. احنا بنحفظ نص المحادثة ومدة المكالمة بس، ومش بنسجل صوتك ولا صورتك، والكاميرا بتاعتك مش بتتفتح.
- حجز مكالمة: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد والملاحظة والموعد الذي تختاره، لكي يتصل بك فريقنا في الموعد.
- رأيك بعد التواصل: إذا أرسلنا لك رابط تقييم، نحفظ تقييمك وتعليقك لتحسين خدمتنا.
- الإحصاءات، بعد موافقتك فقط: الصفحات والعروض التي تفتحها وبعض النقرات (مثل فتح ديمو أو الضغط على واتساب)، مع رقم عشوائي يميّز متصفحك، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والموقع الذي أتيت منه. لا نحفظ عنوان IP في قاعدة بياناتنا ولا نستخدم ملفات إعلانية.
لماذا
للرد على طلباتك، ولمعرفة العروض المفيدة وتحسين الموقع، ولإرسال رسائل مرتبطة بحسابك أو طلبك (ترحيب، تأكيد استلام، متابعة). نرسل أخباراً عامة فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك من صفحة حسابك.
إذا كان لديك حساب ووافقت على الإحصاءات، يراجع فريقنا العروض والمنتجات التي اطّلعت عليها لنفهم ما يهمك ونقترح عليك ما يناسبك عند التواصل معك. قد نستعين بخدمة ذكاء اصطناعي لتلخيص هذا النشاط لفريقنا داخلياً، ونرسل لها اسمك الأول ونشاطك على الموقع ونص طلبات التواصل فقط، بعد حذف البريد والأرقام منها. لا تُتخذ بحقك أي قرارات آلية، وكل تواصل يراجعه شخص من فريقنا. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك بإلغاء الموافقة على الإحصاءات أو بمراسلتنا.
من يعالج البيانات معنا
Supabase (قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول)، وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول)، وResend (إرسال البريد)، وGitHub Pages (استضافة الموقع)، وAnthropic (نموذج Claude الذي يشغّل المساعد الذكي ويلخّص النشاط لفريقنا)، وHeyGen/LiveAvatar (مكالمات الفيديو مع المساعد). قد يحتفظ هؤلاء بسجلات تقنية لفترة قصيرة وفق سياساتهم.
مدة الاحتفاظ
بيانات الإحصاءات تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 13 شهراً تقريباً. الحساب وطلبات التواصل تبقى حتى تطلب حذفها.
حقوقك
من صفحة حسابك على الموقع تستطيع: تنزيل نسخة من بياناتك، وتعديل أو حذف رقمك، وإيقاف رسائل الأخبار، وحذف حسابك (تُحذف بيانات ملفك وتُمسح بياناتك الشخصية من طلباتك). وتستطيع تغيير موافقتك على الإحصاءات من رابط «خيارات الإحصاءات» أسفل الصفحة. لأي طلب آخر راسلنا على info@hudera.ai.

What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name, e-mail address (and whether Google has verified it), profile photo and Google account ID. We never receive your password.
- If you add it yourself: your phone number. Signing up never requires one; without it we reply by e-mail.
- Contact requests: what you type in the form (name, company, subject, message, preferred contact method and time).
- The website AI assistant: the messages you write to it and what it learns from them about your business and needs (such as your industry, need and timing, and your phone or e-mail if you type them), so our team can follow up. The assistant is an AI program, not a person.
- Voice input: if you press the microphone button, your browser turns your voice into text using its built-in speech recognition service (for example Google in Chrome); we receive only the text and keep no audio recording. Reading replies aloud happens on your device.
- Video call with the assistant (signed-in visitors): if you start a video call, your voice is streamed to LiveAvatar by HeyGen to turn it into text and let the assistant answer with an avatar's voice and video. We keep only the text of the conversation and the call length; we do not record your voice or image, and your camera is not used.
- Booking a call: the name, phone, e-mail, note and time you choose, so our team can call you at that time.
- Your feedback: if we send you a feedback link, we keep your rating and comments to improve our service.
- Analytics, only after you agree: the pages and demos you open and a few clicks (such as opening a demo or a WhatsApp link), with a random ID for your browser, your device and browser type, and the site you came from. We do not store IP addresses in our database and use no advertising cookies.
Why
To answer your requests, to learn which demos are useful and improve the site, and to send messages about your account or request (welcome, confirmation, follow-up). We send general news only if you opt in from your account.
If you have an account and allowed analytics, our team reviews which demos and products you looked at to understand what interests you and suggest what fits when we contact you. We may use an AI service to summarise this activity for our team internally; it receives only your first name, your activity on the site and the text of your contact requests, with e-mail addresses and phone numbers removed. No automated decisions are made about you, and every message is reviewed by a person on our team. You can stop this by withdrawing analytics consent or by writing to us.
Who processes data with us
Supabase (database and sign-in), Google (sign-in), Resend (e-mail delivery), GitHub Pages (hosting) Anthropic (the Claude model that runs the AI assistant and summarises activity for our team) and HeyGen/LiveAvatar (video calls with the assistant). These providers may keep short-lived technical logs under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Analytics events are deleted automatically after about 13 months. Your account and contact requests are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
From your account on the site you can download your data, change or remove your phone number, turn news e-mails off and delete your account (your profile is removed and your personal details are erased from your requests). You can change your analytics choice from “Analytics choices” at the bottom of the site. For anything else, e-mail info@hudera.ai.
